The study focuses on investigating the impact of gamification on mathematics learning in third-grade basic education children. Student perceptions and the challenges teachers face when implementing gamification strategies in the classroom are examined. The primary objective is to identify factors that may affect the effectiveness of these strategies, as well as to propose improvements to optimize the educational process. It seeks to understand how gamification can influence student motivation, commitment, and academic performance in the area of mathematics. The conclusions of this research provide valuable information for educators and playful activity designers to use, allowing them to adapt their pedagogical practices to maximize the potential of gamification as an educational tool. This study highlights the importance of continuing to explore and implement innovative approaches in teaching mathematics to improve the learning experience and promote optimal academic performance in students.

The present research studies the impact of interactive techniques on teaching and learning, analyzing the perspectives of teachers and students. The general objective is to analyze the application of interactive activity techniques and their impact on strengthening the learning of eighth-grade students in General Basic Education at Unidad Educativa Eugenio Espejo. The methodology employed in the study is characterized by a mixed approach, combining qualitative and quantitative elements. The results show that the techniques used by teachers include brainstorming, debates, and role-playing, among others. Teachers select techniques according to the curriculum and student response, integrating them into general pedagogical methods. Students find that interactive activities improve their academic performance and understanding of the subjects.

The main objective of this research project is to determine the degree of participation in project-based teaching (PBT) in 8th EGB students. The hypothesis states that the application of EBP will improve the quality of teaching and develop problem-solving skills in students. The motivation is based on the need to prepare students for a constantly changing society, promoting autonomy and cooperation. The methodology includes a literature review and empirical analysis through surveys and classroom observations. The main results indicate that EBP promotes motivation, teamwork and critical thinking among students, although barriers such as lack of time and resources were also identified. In conclusion, the research confirms that EBP is an effective methodology to improve participation and learning in Natural Sciences, although its implementation requires significant effort on the part of teachers and students.
EL IMPACTO DEL ENTORNO VIRTUAL DE APRENDIZAJE (EVA) EN EL PROCESO DE ENSEÑANZA-APRENDIZAJE EN EL INSTITUTO TECONLÓGICO SUPERIOR LA CASTELLANA DE LOJA (ITEC)

In this research project, it was proposed to analyze the impact of the use of the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) in the teaching-learning process at the Castellana Higher Technological Institute of Loja (ITEC). The hypothesis proposed is that the EVA (Virtual Learning Environment) is a resource that facilitates a more efficient and participatory educational process. Using a mixed methodology, with quantitative and qualitative instruments, interviews and surveys were conducted with students and teachers to collect data on their experiences and perceptions of the EVA. The main results indicate that the EVA significantly improves communication and student engagement, although it faces challenges in digital literacy and technological infrastructure. Teachers also require continuous training to make the most of the tools available. In conclusion, the EVA has a positive impact on the ITEC educational process, but its effectiveness depends on adequate implementation and continuous technical and pedagogical support.
ANÁLISIS DE LAS ESTRATEGIAS DIDÁCTICAS EMPLEADAS EN EDUCACIÓN CULTURAL Y ARTÍSTICA (ECA) PARA EL DESARROLLO DEL PENSAMIENTO CREATIVO

While the current curriculum for compulsory education levels recognizes Cultural and Artistic Education (CAE) as an essential knowledge area, this subject does not receive the recognition it deserves in terms of its contribution to cognitive development. Therefore, the aim of this research is to analyze the didactic strategies used in the CAE subject to identify which of these promote creative thinking. The direct participants in this study are 7th-grade students from the ‘Primero de Mayo’ Educational Unit in the city of Zumba. The methodology involves exploratory research to deepen the theoretical understanding of key concepts related to the topic. Additionally, a survey is administered to collect qualitative and quantitative information from students, gathering their perspectives on activities and strategies that have enhanced their creative capacity. Furthermore, a bibliographic review is conducted to explore strategies considered for fostering creative thinking. Finally, the results analysis reveals that all students recognize the importance of CAE in their creative thinking development, and drawing and painting are identified as valid didactic strategies to motivate students in discovering, developing, or enhancing their creative thinking
ANÁLISIS DE LA APLICIÓN DE LA INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL EN LA EDUCACIÓN BÁSICAMEDIA DE LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA PROVINCIA DE LOS RÍOS

as a teaching method in Language and Literature for 6th grade students at the "Provincia de los Ríos" Educational Unit. A mixed methodology was used that included quantitative data analysis, such as academic records and questionnaires, and qualitative analysis through interviews with students, teachers, and administrators. The results indicated a 15% increase in grades and a 20% increase in student motivation. Teachers also reported an improvement in teaching effectiveness, although they pointed out the need for additional training and better technological infrastructure. The main conclusion is that infopedagogy has proven to be an effective strategy to improve both academic performance and student participation, but it is essential to address the challenges to optimize its implementation. This includes the use of applications that stimulate critical reading, creative writing, and literary analysis

This project investigates the influence of entrepreneurial pedagogy on student proactivity and empowerment in seventh-grade students of middle basic education at the Ana Luisa Leoro Educational Unit in the city of Ibarra, during the first trimester of the 2024-2025 school year. Through a mixed approach, variables such as proactivity, leadership, problem solving, and self-esteem were evaluated through questionnaires applied to a sample of 80 students. The results reflect that, although entrepreneurial pedagogy has the potential to foster key competencies, its implementation faces significant barriers, such as lack of teacher training, limited resources, and socioeconomic inequalities. These limitations hinder the development of essential skills in students, negatively impacting their participation and academic performance. It is concluded that entrepreneurial pedagogy can positively transform the educational environment by strengthening competencies such as critical thinking and leadership, as long as strategies are adjusted to the needs of the context. It is recommended to implement teacher training programs, promote inclusive environments, and conduct longitudinal research to evaluate the sustainability of these methodologies.

The present research will be carried out with third year elementary school students, with the objective of analyzing the impact of socioemotional skills on their academic performance; which negatively affects their school performance, hindering emotional management, social interaction and conflict resolution. In order to deepen the understanding of the problem, the "Problem Tree" tool will be used to identify the causes and effects of this deficiency, observing how the lack of motivation and the exclusive focus on traditional subjects aggravate the situation. Among the specific objectives of the research are: to identify the level of development of students' socioemotional skills, to evaluate their influence on motivation and active participation in the learning process, and to examine the barriers faced by teachers in implementing socioemotional education programs in the classroom.
INFLUENCIA DE LOS PROGRAMAS EDUCATIVOS EN EL DESARROLLO DEL ESPÍRITU EMPRENDEDOR EN ESTUDIANTES DE LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA DR. AGUSTÍN AGUIRRE RÍOS"

The objective of this study was to explore the factors that affect the development of an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit in high school students of the Educational Unit. The study was non-experimental and quantitative, based on surveys of 188 students using a Likert scale. The results show a mixed perception regarding entrepreneurship in the curriculum, with 44.2% of students disagreeing with its inclusion. The majority perceives few entrepreneurial activities and low classroom innovation. Although 53.2% do not view economic limitations as an obstacle, 43.1% identify the lack of resources as a barrier. Furthermore, 56.4% do not consider business partnerships essential for entrepreneurship. In conclusion, although some students value entrepreneurship in the curriculum, barriers in teacher training, resources, and economic limitations hinder its development. It is necessary to strengthen educational programs as well as institutional and family support.

In this research, the general objective has been to determine the influence of the literacy process on the level of reading comprehension of students in the Third Year of Basic General Education, parallel "A", of the Gonzalo Cordero Crespo School during the 2023 school year. -2024. To achieve this objective, a non-experimental, cross-sectional, correlational design has been used with a mixed approach because qualitative and quantitative methods were combined. In addition, the study population was students from the Third Year of Basic General Education at the Gonzalo Cordero Crespo School. In conclusion, it was proposed that there is an influence of the literacy process on the level of reading comprehension of the students of Third Year of Basic General Education, parallel "A", of the Gonzalo Cordero Crespo School during the 2023-2024 school year.
ANÁLISIS DE LAS PRÁCTICAS DENTRO DEL TALLER DE MECÁNICA INDUSTRIAL Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL DESARROLLO EDUCATIVO DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE BACHILLERATO DE LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA MANUEL INOCENCIO PARRALES GUALE

Students face various challenges, including those related to educational practices and insertion into the labor market when they are professionals. The objective of the work was to analyze the practices within the industrial mechanics workshop and its impact on the educational development of high school students of the Manuel Inocencio Parrales y Guale Educational Unit. The descriptive methodology, mixed approach and non-experimental design were used. The survey applied to the students and the interview to the teachers were applied as instruments. The results showed that, although the participants have applied what they learned in theory to practical situations, some of them still encounter difficulties when using that theory in practice. It is concluded that the practices within the industrial mechanics workshop affect the educational development of the students. It is recommended that the acquired skills continue to be strengthened.

The development of reading comprehension and oral narration is closely related. Reading comprehension provides children with the necessary vocabulary and linguistic structures to express themselves orally, while oral narration helps them develop the ability to understand and organize ideas. However, several studies show that a significant number of children do not reach the expected level of competence in these areas. There is little monitoring and evaluation of reading promotion initiatives, alongside a lack of teacher motivation and appropriate pedagogical strategies to reinforce reading comprehension, which directly impacts students' academic performance. Therefore, reading comprehension and oral expression must be properly stimulated by teachers through effective strategies.

The research methodology has a non-experimental design with a qualitative approach, which led to the search and analysis of various information recorded in bibliographic data about the problem raised, demonstrated through the application of instruments and observation of the problem, to through which it was possible to establish as the most relevant conclusion that the application of strategies for the acquisition of reading-writing skills influences the significant learning of first-year basic students, facilitating learning through interactive classes and recreational materials that They allow you to awaken interest in these reading-writing processes.

To achieve this objective, a descriptive methodology was employed, using the simple random probabilistic method with a population of 25 students. Data will be collected through a survey aimed at teachers and parents. The results confirm that collaboration between parents and educators is essential to promote effective and fluent linguistic development, which is a key component of cognitive stimulation. Therefore, adapting teaching methods to accommodate the different ways students learn significantly improves educational outcomes and overall cognitive development; furthermore, parent representatives consider that homework does not adequately address this area, indicating a lack of focus on logical reasoning within classrooms that highlights the need for teachers to plan activities that promote this competence.

In this work, the general objective was to analyze the integration of gamification and its impact on encouraging reading in students of the eighth grade of Basic General Education, of a fiscal institution located in the Utuana parish; A qualitative methodology was used based on a non-experimental design. Data collection was carried out through a structured interview applied to the total population, twelve students. The results were analyzed under four criteria: perception of gamification, connection between reading content and student preferences, resources to forge reading habits and impact of gamification on reading, concluding that gamification affects the processes of encouraging reading, Finding that students have a positive perception of gamification suggests that the insertion of these activities can boost interest and motivation towards reading.
IMPACTO DEL ENFOQUE APRENDIZAJE BASADO EN PROYECTOS EN LA CARRERA DESARROLLO DE SOFTWARE

This project was developed at the Instituto Superior Tecnológico Mariano Samaniego in the city of Cariamanga. The objective of this research is to determine the learning perception of the students, the teaching perception of the teachers of the Software Development career, before the application of the active methodology Project Based Learning. The methodology used is quantitative of transversal cut, the Project Based Learning methodology was applied to a group of experimental subjects and the results were compared with a group of control subjects, all of them from the 5th period of the Software Development career, an increase of 0.6 points was obtained in the average of grades of the group of experimental subjects, in addition, it was also found that the ABPr methodology complicates the curriculum planning because it presents problems in the development of the project inherent to the software development, however, this broadens the curriculum and improves the multidisciplinary and experiential learning. It was concluded that the ABPr methodology influenced the knowledge achieved, the perception of learning, and the perception of teaching.
Análisis de la inclusión en la educación inicial en el período de adaptación con aulas inclusivas progresivas en la Unidad Educativa Praga

This research arises from the need to understand what inclusive education really is. During the research process, the importance of inclusion and having clear processes for its success was put to the test. The human group that participated consisted of teachers from the Praga Educational Unit, with a population of 20 individuals belonging to the Initial sublevel. After the literature review, they were given a questionnaire on topics related to inclusive classrooms. A quantitative descriptive research methodology was applied. Among the main results, it was found that teachers indicate that they have sometimes achieved true inclusion (62%). This demonstrates the importance of preparation to succeed within classrooms.

This research examines the impact of parental role attrition on the education and emotional development of students, analyzing how it affects their academic performance. The purpose is to explore the consequences of neglect and overprotection, and how active parental involvement influences school success. A quantitative and descriptive methodology was applied, using structured surveys to collect data on parents' perceptions and practices in relation to their children's education. The results revealed a significant correlation between active parental support and better academic performance, demonstrating that an engaged family environment boosts both student motivation and autonomy. Although technological difficulties arose that affected the participation of some parents, solid data was obtained that underlines the decisive influence of the parental role on educational success, highlighting the importance of family support in the comprehensive development of the student.

The main purpose of this research work is to determine the existence of a significant relationship between artificial intelligence technology and the school attention deficit, where the general objective was raised: Analyze the impact of the integration of artificial intelligence technologies (IA) in the attention deficit of the third year basic E.G.B "Luisa Viteri Aguilar" students of the Naranjito canton, during the 2023-2024 school year. Where it was considered to apply the descriptive and correlational research with the quantitative approach, applying the instrument of the survey for the variable artificial intelligence technology and school attention deficit. At the end of this work, it leads us to verify and analyze that, according to the proposed hypothesis, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies has a positive impact on improving the academic performance and attention of students. This gives us to understand that artificial intelligence (AI) technology does have a positive impact for children with attention deficit.
