Item Liderazgo Directivo y la Satisfacción Laboral docente en la Unidad Educativa Fiscal Alberto Perdomo Franco(2021) ESPINOZA NARANJO, JESSENNIA ELIZABETH; ROCCAGTALIATA VELIZ, LUISA GLADISAt present, organizational leadership in educational institutions is considered an important aspect to demonstrate the commitment to the community, competitiveness, and improvements in learning to achieve the highest academic quality. However, teacher job satisfaction is an inconvenience that we must overcome by analyzing each of the variables. Therefore, the objective of this study is to develop a methodological strategy to stimulate organizational leadership and job satisfaction to determine the impact it has on teacher satisfaction. This work follows qualitative-quantitative research, deductive, inductive, descriptive, observational, and empirical scientific methods with the application of surveys that were answered by the 45 teachers according to the correlational study of a single period. The acquired results conclude with the effective compliance between job satisfaction and organizational leadership
