    LA INFLUENCIA DEL SALARIO EMOCIONAL EN LA PRODUCTIVIDAD DEL COLABORADOR EN LA EMPRESA PRIVADA

    The main objective of this research is to identify the influence of the emotional salary on the productivity of the employee in the Ecuadorian private company and to measure the practices of the emotional salary in a company dedicated to the integral logistics of foreign trade. The self-realization needs of the collaborators are identified, the types of incentives are prioritized with their impact, and the implementation of the incentive plan is proposed. The paper uses a theoretical revision of the various concepts and dimensions, which were included in the literature of this research. The methodology uses a survey of employees of the company, which measures the motivation of workers. Two more tools are added, a focus group and the McClelland motivation test, both applied in the company. In this way, it has been concluded that in the practices of the company does not include an emotional salary, and that recognizes the benefits that are implemented incentives and the traditional paradigm of generating exclusive utilities.

    The main objective of this research paper was to present the importance of Corporate Governance in Multinational Enterprises in different countries. For this purpose, comparisons were made on the systems of governments of Germany, Japan and Ecuador to learn about the company's overall strategy. Likewise, the basic principles employed in Corporate Governance were exemplified. The methodology was of comparative type with a qualitative approach. For the implementation of this method, sources such as the web pages of Volkswagen, Mitsubishi and GPF Corp were used, where information was obtained on the rendering of accounts of Corporate Governance for the year 2016. Finally, it was concluded that governance at the level of The Company encourages reductions in the margin of conflict between shareholders and employees as companies become more competitive and above all Multinational corporations that apply Corporate Governance become more competitive globally.

    LA SATISFACCIÓN LABORAL EN UNA EMPRESA DE SERVICIOS: ESTRATEGIAS DE MEJORA

    Human talent is the most important part in the organizational context compared to other aspects such as machinery, materials, land, etc. Within the most important aspects to analyze within the human talent, is the job satisfaction. The present research aimed to know the level of job satisfaction within a service company and based on results propose improvement strategies. The methodology is of quantitative and descriptive approach using the SPSS tool. The sample was 160 people, among them 69% operative and 31% administrative. The work satisfaction questionnaire done by Meliá and Peiró (1998), s showed a medium level of satisfaction, therefore recommended strategies to improve employee satisfaction.

    TELETRABAJO: UNA REVISIÓN TEÓRICA SOBRE SUS VENTAJAS Y DESVENTAJAS

    Telework, since it appeared in the seventies, has been a subject of discussion and analysis due to the proclaimed benefits for the worker, company, society, and environment. The methodology used for this study is a theoretical or bibliographical revision with the purpose of knowing the benefits, challenges, and disadvantages that may present themselves with telework in general, consisted in look into databases in CORNISA: BENEFICIOS Y DESVENTAJAS DEL TELETRABAJO 4 search and recompilation of information for the subsequent revision, discarding, and selection. In the search of benefits of telework, it was found that along with those benefits, the risks, challenges, and disadvantages that the workers and employers are exposed to are presented when assuming telework, and that these cannot be separated since benefits and disadvantages tend to go hand in hand. Similarly, it cannot just be discussed about the benefits of employees, because employers play a large role in the benefits, disadvantages, and general application of the teleworking program. A telework program, developed and applied correctly, has the potential to become a trend in the world of labor, contemplated as a valid form of work that results in benefits and opportunities for all its participants.

    DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA COMUNICACIÓN ORGANIZACIONAL EN EMPRESA PRIVADA DE ECUADOR Y SU INCIDENCIA EN RESULTADOS.

    This project analyzes and describes the organizational communication and the impact on the results in terms of organizational development of a private company in Ecuador. In order to obtain the effective collection of information and relevant data of the company, a descriptive analysis of the communication was carried out; a survey was applied to a sample of 103 people nationwide. The survey contained 13 closed questions, allowing a real diagnosis of the 3 situation in terms of organizational communication and development quality to confirm their relationship with each other. Based on the above, conclusions and recommendations were formulated to guide further studies and decision – taking, in order to improve and sustain an effective flow of internal communication and at the same time an organized, planned and monitored business practice in the field referring to the topics of culture and organizational climate. In addition, for the company to develop and maintain a good corporate image both internally and externally at levels of employees, customers, suppliers and society in general.

    ATRACCIÓN Y RETENCIÓN DE TALENTO MILLENNIALS

    In the world of dynamic markets, organizations are focused on achieving success and gaining an edge over their competitors; for that reason they focus on the search and retention of the best human talent. There is a certain current trend of organizations in foray with the Millennials generation that they consider to be knowledgeable in technological advancement, adapting to change and taking on challenges; so it is vitally important to identify the factors and expectations that this generation values when accepting a job offer. The present study aims to observe that the actions carried out by leaders and members of human talent to attract and retain the generation of Ecuadorian millennia; for which a survey has been applied to 135 members of the Human Resources teams of different companies from Ecuador, national, multinational and family. It was identified that some of the forms of search include traditional schemes of recruitment, consider that this generation represent a competitive advantage in the labor market; so some companies are considering redesigning the processes to attract and retain talent of this generation

    The objective of this article is to determine the importance of career plan and organizational development in order to reduce labor turnover. In order to achieve the main goal, career plan was defined and their objectives and benefits were mentioned. Some objectives are developing and motivate employees and reduce labor turnover, topics that were also developed in this research. In order to motivate the staff, the company must know the necessities of their workers and the factors that cause satisfaction and dissatisfaction of employees, so the company can improve labor environment, motivate employees and improve employees’ performance. Additionally, in order to reduce labor turnover, the company must focus in employees’ motivation and development. This research is a literature review and the information was obtained from books of Human Resource Management and journal articles downloaded from EBSCO base and Google Scholar. The conclusion was that career plan is important for both company and employees.

    ELABORACIÓN DE LOS PERFILES DE CARGO POR COMPETENCIAS DEL ÁREA DE VENTAS PARA EMPRESAS FAMILIARES

    One of the current needs within family businesses is the optimization of the sales process which requires major changes to adapt to the new habits of the market. The objective of this study is to explore the profile of the sales charge for family businesses. The methodology used was exploratory, descriptive of transversal dimension, with which it was analyzed models of profiles of position with emphasis in the development of competences that the sales personnel require, which were grouped in technical, methodological, social and participative. Among the findings, it is possible to indicate that there is no model of the profile of the sales area for family businesses, which implies that the HR area should develop professional programs that include the priorities of the department as: strengthening the relationship with customers, optimize the sales process, update with technology and digital.

    ANÁLISIS DE ESTRUCTURA ORGANIZACIONAL DE LA EMPRESA ABC Y CREACIÓN DE DESCRIPTIVO DE CARGOS

    Job description and analysis are fundamental and necessary tools for managing human talent. Therefore, the present study aims at the organizational analysis of the Ecuadorian company to evidence the state of the organization, in order to order the processes and structures of the same. In addition, to provide greater clarity to employers and employees about their roles and responsibilities. The present study was carried out in the Ecuadorian Company, where 2 interviews and 21 questionnaires were applied to the organization's personnel, through this information was obtained about the state of the organization, its structure and the existence of processes regarding personnel administration. The study showed the need to establish a formal organizational structure and it is considered timely the implementation of job descriptions, due to the fact that 76% of the collaborators no have knowledge about the functions that must be performed in their job. The establishment of a formal organizational structure together with job descriptions of the current positions of the company will greatly improve the processes and productivity of employees and the company itself.

    Today, hundreds of workers within an organization are faced with multiple work situations that can lead to stress and maladaptive behaviors that have negative effects on one's personal and professional lives. The demands of modern life and the labor market in recent years have been consuming the physical-mental energy of the employee, which has the effect of minimizing performance and commitment to perform the functions of the job. Many studies show the relationship between the psychosocial conditions and the mental health of the worker, especially when the combination of low control in the subject and high labor demands carry a series of mental illnesses. Mental disorders such as depression and anxiety turn out to be very influential negatives as to impede the quality of life and disrupt the required functional capacity at work. The objective of this article is to define the most frequent mental illnesses or psychopathologies, explaining each one, for which the "Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders" (DSM) and other studies have been used. Contributed relevant information for the realization ofthis article. It was found to offer healthy jobs with growth benefits for the individual as well as for the company itself.

    LA SELECCIÓN DE PERSONAL Y LA NUEVA TECNOLOGÍA

    The present work determines how technology impacts favorably within the selection process of a company. Performing the right recruitment generates benefits to the company, since, in choosing the right candidate and in a suitable time, it will be developed in the best way in the position that is required. In order to be able to categorize this approach, interviews were conducted with seven professionals from the Human Resources area, with years of experience, ranging in age from 25 years to 33 years, where six of the seven interviewees are women. The method used for this research is the qualitative one, with which it was possible to categorize in detail how the recruitment dynamics of the Human Resources market are. In relation to the interviews carried out for the present investigation, Recruitment Analysts of several companies assert that job portals like LinkedIn, Corner Job, and social networks like: Facebook, Twitter and whatsapp groups, are used to spread the different job offers in a more agile way. It is advisable that the companies give facility to technological subjects to be able to have a long reach.

    RELACIÓN ENTRE CLIMA LABORAL Y PRODUCTIVIDAD EN EMPRESA DE PRODUCTOS CARNICOS

    This academic article aims to evaluate the labor climate of the collaborators of a meat processing plant. For effect is presented by way of introduction the general situation in Ecuador about the relationship of the working environment and productivity which analyzes highlighting the importance of creating a favorable ambience for worker performance. Next, the theoretical framework will be presented concerning the labor climate of companies, factors of measurement, importance and effects on productivity of companies in detail through a results analysis based on a survey to 310 employees of both gender aged between 18 to 40 years old, is presented to them 54 multiple-choice questions performed at the plant of Fernandez Corporation in July. 2017. Data is tabulated, are analyzed and finally, we will present the conclusions reached on the subject under study, together with the recommendations both for the company as opportunities for improvement and for further studies on the labor climate.
