Abstract
The objective of this study is to develop a training model for
teachers of the Crear Educational Unit, which directed the teaching of children
of the Alpha generation, who grow up immersed in technology and its different
forms of learning. Through interviews with 1 Rector, 35 teachers and 5 experts
in areas such as education and psychology, key challenges in classroom
management and pedagogical adaptation were identified. The pandemic
highlighted the need to strengthen digital literacy and teacher well-being in the
face of virtual teaching. This blended approach highlights the importance of
adapting educational strategies to current learning dynamics and changing
conditions of the educational environment.

El objetivo de este estudio es desarrollar un modelo de
capacitación para docentes de la Unidad Educativa Crear, que dirigía la
enseñanza de los niños de la generación Alpha, que crecen inmersos en
tecnología y sus diferentes formas de aprendizaje. A través de entrevistas con 1
Rectora, 35 profesores y 5 expertos en áreas como educación y psicología, se
identificaron desafíos clave en la gestión del aula y adaptación pedagógica. La
pandemia destacó la necesidad de fortalecer la alfabetización digital y el
bienestar de los profesores frente a la enseñanza virtual. Este enfoque mixto
destaca la importancia de adaptar las estrategias educativas a las dinámicas de
aprendizaje actuales y las condiciones cambiantes del entorno educativo.
