    REVISIÓN ANALÍTICA DE 3 ALGORITMOS DE RECONOCIMIENTO DE CONTEXTO DE RUIDO PARA LA DEFINICIÓN DE UNA PROPUESTA DE UN ALGORITMO EMPÍRICO.

    The main objective of the present degree work is to propose a context recognition algorithm for background noises through a comparative analysis of algorithms developed by other researchers, where non-speech sound recognition techniques will be reflected from a point of view. practical and functional sight. The methodology used for the development of this research is exploratory, qualitative and applied, for which it was necessary to apply a strategy based on the collection of information necessary for the development of an algorithm. Four background noise reduction techniques were reviewed: the adaptive RACE (correlation adaptive enhancement) filter, spectral subtraction, GSVD (generalized singular value decomposition) filtering, and generalized singular value decomposition. of independent components. The first thing that was done was to decompose the audio signal into a single channel, then through functions, the noise of the signal was detected by using the fast Fourier transform, the filters for DSP (digital signal processing) and finally the separation of the background noise was achieved.

    IDENTIFICACIÓN DE MODELOS DE PERFILES PARA APLICACIONES GAMIFICADAS EN ESTUDIANTES DE UNA INSTITUCIÓN SUPERIOR.

    The evolution of education, and technological advances, have led to the development of new technological tools to facilitate learning processes. Therefore, educational content has been innovated, giving way to interactive academic options, which allow students to learn by playing, through the use of gamified applications. Gamification is applied as a technique, method or strategy in which the elements of knowledge seek to enhance motivation, effort and loyalty through playful applications among the participants, encouraging a change in behavior or leaving a significant and motivating message. Currently there are several forms of learning that allow the participant to function in different aspects, however there is a percentage of participants who prefer traditional teaching and participation. For the research, a sample of 41 students from the Espiritu Santo Specialties University was taken, in which surveys were carried out, in order to evaluate the gamified profile of the students. The survey consists of 19 questions that address the Respondents' activity preferences according to the Octalysis framework, a framework that uses 8 central controllers for people's motivation. With the analysis of this information obtained, it was evidenced that the motivation in students from the Espiritu Santo University of Specialties is attributed, in 65.85% of the cases to the controller 4 of property and possession. In comparison, the motivation of 58.53% of those surveyed responded to the controller six empowerments of creativity and feedback. Because of this, it was concluded that ownership and possession are the motivating factors that most adhere to the students' game profile, as well as a particular interest in a new learning methodology in which they can use their creativity.

    As in many sectors, the financial sector is evolving rapidly. The Financial Institutions have proposed to be leaders in innovation, focusing on the time of service to their clients, but for this it is necessary to be efficient in the response times towards internal initiatives presented by the different areas. After an evaluation process, these initiatives are transformed into projects and one of the options for managing them is agile methodologies. Currently, incorporating agile methodologies is giving excellent results as long as it is properly adopted, according to the needs of the organizations. The objective of this study is to be able to demonstrate that the implementation of an agile methodology in an Ecuadorian financial institution has improved the attention times in the management of its projects. For this, in this article the results obtained in the implementation of SCRUM as an agile methodology in this organization from 2016 to 2018 will be analyzed, evidencing with an explanatory research certain comparison criteria, in order to demonstrate the impact ofthis study the findings found by statistical means and data collection extracted from the leaders who formed the working groups of the projects considered during the management analysis, that the adoption of an agile methodology contributes with the increase in productivity in terms of the scope, time and cost of the projects of the financial institution. competitiveness in relation to the delivery time of the projects.     ANÁLISIS COMPARATIVO DE UN SISTEMA DE AUDITORÍA TRADICIONAL Y UN SISTEMA DE AUDITORÍA BLOCKCHAIN E IPES.

    The purpose of the article is to compare the efficiency, speed, security, scalability and performance of a traditional auditing system and a Blockchain and IPFS (Interplanetary File System) audit system for storing client client information, learning about current Audit systems and expose the benefits of implementing a Blockchain and IPFS audit system. The problem that arises is: How high is the level of security and adaptability that this Blockchain system provides to be reliable in the audit of a company compared to a traditional system? The study methodology was carried out with a quantitative approach that compares the Efficiency, Speed, Security, Scalability, Performance of a centralized architecture and a decentralized architecture in an environment with the same infrastructure. It was possible to obtain information on the efficiency, performance and scalability of the behavior that a blockchain and traditional-relational system (SQL Server) demonstrated in various file upload scenarios. The results indicate advantages over a traditional system. Conclusions and recommendations: the advantages of applying the Blockchain system is the simplification of the data transmission process, which gives greater speed of work, eliminates intermediary, creates an atmosphere of transparency.

    MODELO PREDICTIVO EN LOS ACCIDENTES DE TRANSITO CON BASE EN DATA SCIENCE.

    The reason for road accidents has become one of the main causes of the greatest number of victims existing annually; This problem is especially concentrated in middle and low-income countries where there is no safe mobility plan or effective prevention measures related to traffic accidents to prevent deaths and injuries in society. In Ecuador and in the canton of Guayaquil specifically, this road accident problem is no stranger, so in this study a statistical analysis was carried out where the main sectors of the city were analyzed, taking into account factors such as time and day of the week of these incidents in the city, taking as a reference the base of accidents of the city, and based on the results, proposals and solutions can be identified in order to reduce the negative figures of this social problem, with the information provided by the entities that control the traffic in the canton, with the help of statistical software. Terms used in the theoretical study of the analyzed topic and the statistical methods used for this project are conceptualized, subsequently, through the 2016-2018 traffic accident database, a statistical analysis was carried out to know the current status of proportionality and occurrence of accidents in the canton, then the analysis of the probability of accidents was developed using the binary logistic regression model to obtain an estimate of whether or not there is a traffic accident for the year 2019 in the city.
