| dc.description | Los conflictos que atraviesan las instituciones públicas por la inadecuada administración y la gestión gubernamental, conllevan a un mal manejo de los recursos públicos, afectando el desarrollo económico del país. El objetivo del presente estudio es analizar la gestión pública, con el propósito de establecer su incidencia en el comportamiento económico de la Empresa Pública de la Mancomunidad de Cotopaxi. El enfoque del estudio es cuantitativo, debido al uso de técnicas estadísticas y la aplicación de encuestas la población que está conformada por los 13 funcionarios del área financiera y administrativa de la Empresa Pública de la Mancomunidad de Cotopaxi. Se ha considerado que la población es limitada, de tal manera no se calculó la muestra. Se obtiene como resultado que la organización mantiene una adecuada planificación de ingresos, gastos e inversiones, donde los recursos financieros son distribuidos de manera eficiente y efectiva. Sin embargo, existe deficiencia en la contratación del personal, correspondiente a la falta de transparencia en los procesos de contratación. Se determina que la eficiencia en la gestión pública afecta directamente la económica de las empresas públicas, con una asignación más efectiva de recursos, se mejorar la rentabilidad y la productividad de las empresas. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The conflicts that public institutions go through due to inadequate administration and government management lead to poor management of public resources, affecting the economic development of the country. The objective of this study is to analyze public management, with the purpose of establishing its impact on the economic behavior of the Public Company of the Commonwealth of Cotopaxi. The focus of the study is quantitative, due to the use of statistical techniques and the application of surveys aimed at the financial, accounting and administrative department. The sample calculation is not carried out, due to the limited number of personnel. The result is that 1 Fecha: 30 enero 2024 the organization maintains adequate planning of income, expenses and investments, where financial resources are distributed efficiently and effectively. However, there is a deficiency in the hiring of personnel, corresponding to the lack of transparency in the hiring processes. It is determined that the Commonwealth of Cotopaxi presents deficiencies in economic behavior, by not contributing to long-term financial sustainability. | |
