dc.descriptionEl equilibrio y manejo de la Inteligencia Emocional (IE) aplicada en el liderazgo surte efecto en el óptimo desempeño de los colaboradores enmarcados en el ámbito profesional. Este artículo de revisión teórica tiene como propósito examinar la relación entre la inteligencia emocional del líder y su impacto en el clima organizacional. Se revisan diferentes conceptos y enfoques relacionados con la inteligencia emocional del líder y se analizan investigaciones previas que han explorado la relación entre estas dos variables. Además, se discuten diferentes componentes de la IE, y cómo puede influir en el clima del trabajo. Se concluye que la inclusión de la IE en el líder desemboca en una serie de atributos vinculados con el rendimiento, la satisfacción y el desarrollo para la salud organizacional de los integrantes en un clima de trabajo positivo.
dc.description.abstractThe balance and management of Emotional Intelligence (EI) applied in leadership have a significant effect on the optimal performance of employees within the professional context. This theoretical review article aims to examine the relationship between the leader's emotional intelligence and its impact on the organizational climate. Different theories and approaches related to the leader's emotional intelligence are reviewed, and previous research exploring the relationship between these two variables is analyzed. Furthermore, various components of EI are discussed, and how they can influence the work climate. It conclud that the inclusion of EI in the leader leads to a series of attributes linked to performance, satisfaction and development for the members organizational health in a positive’s work climate.
