Por ello es necesario que los sucesores que tomen el mando de la empresa familiar cuenten con el conocimiento, capacitación y liderazgo suficiente para asumir la dirección del negocio que tanto esfuerzo y sacrificio le costó a su creador y su familia para establecerlo y mantenerlo con el pasar de los años. Todo ello conlleva que los nuevos dueños o administradores orienten su compromiso y esfuerzo para seguir adelante creando e innovando, a fin de que la empresa prospere y pueda perpetuarse por varias generaciones.es
