Abstract

This business case focuses on the implementation of innovative strategies to improve loan recovery at a Savings and Credit Cooperative, whose delinquency rate exceeds the national average. Through a financial and strategic analysis, three alternatives were evaluated to address this problem, and an optimal solution was selected that combines economic viability, a positive impact on members, and alignment with the cooperative's strategic objectives. There is a need to choose the best alternative proposed by the stakeholders, one that can reduce delinquency, improve cash flow, and position the cooperative as a leader in financial inclusion.
