| dc.description | El cambio de la matriz productiva que actualmente promueve el Gobierno Nacional conlleva al consumo de la industria ecuatoriana principalmente en productos cuya materia prima se la obtiene dentro del territorio nacional. La industria láctea es un sector del cual Ecuador es partícipe con el apoyo de empresas multinacionales y productores de granja que abastecen la demanda, sin embargo existen empresas que importan productos desde otros países para el consumo. Aquí se genera una incertidumbre en cuanto a la preferencia del consumidor entre los dos producto, por lo tanto el presente proyecto de investigación en primera instancia detalla los antecedentes de la problemática, luego recopila la información en base a las opiniones de los consumidores de la ciudad de Guayaquil y finalmente se evalúa por medio de datos recopilados de encuestas y análisis de regresión para establecer la veracidad de la hipótesis constituida por la preferencia del producto lácteo en el consumidor y los factores que influyen a su elección en el mismo | es |
| dc.description.abstract | The change of the productive matrix which currently leads the national government promotes the consumption of the Ecuadorian industry mainly in products whose raw material is obtained within the national territory. The dairy industry is a sector which Ecuador is a participant with the support of multinational companies and livestock producers who supply the demand, however there are companies that import products from other countries for consumption. Here is generated uncertainty about consumer preference between the two products, therefore this research project in the first instance details the history of the problem, then gathers information based on the opinions of the economically active population Guayaquil and finally evaluated by means of historical data the accuracy of the assumptions made by the preference of dairy product on the consumer and the factors influencing their choice in it. | es |
