| dc.description | El objetivo central de este artículo es determinar el impacto de la inteligencia emocional en el clima laboral de los trabajadores de una cooperativa de ahorro y crédito en Ecuador. Se desarrolló un enfoque cuantitativo y se aplican encuestas a 60 colaboradores. Se obtuvo que la mayoría (75%,) de los colaboradores que participaron en esta investigación, manejan niveles altos de inteligencia emocional, así como de preparación académica y, además, gozan de un buen estado de salud. Los resultados muestran que existen relaciones directas y estadísticamente significativas entre la inteligencia emocional y el clima laboral, se considera que esto produce un efecto positivo en el ambiente laboral en la Cooperativa, propiciando el bienestar de los colaboradores y por consecuente una atención de calidad y calidez a los socios de la institución en las distintas sucursales del territorio. Finalmente, se recomienda replicar el estudio a nivel de territorios, incorporando nuevas variables e incluso aplicar el estudio de manera institucional. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The central objective of this article is to determine the impact of emotional intelligence on the work environment of the workers of a savings and credit cooperative in Ecuador. A quantitative approach was developed and surveys were applied to 60 employees. It was found that the majority (75%) of the collaborators who participated in this research have high levels of emotional intelligence, as well as academic preparation and, in addition, enjoy a good state of health. The results show that there are direct and statistically significant relationships between emotional intelligence and the work environment, it is considered that this produces a positive effect on the work environment in the Cooperative, promoting the well-being of the collaborators and consequently quality care and warmth. to the members of the institution in the different branches of the territory. Finally, it is recommended to replicate the study at the territorial level, incorporating new variables and even applying the study institutionally. | |
