| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló con el propósito de determinar el impacto de la inclusión del género femenino en la productividad del área técnico-operativa de empresas proveedoras de energía. Para ello se evaluó el desempeño de las trabajadoras de CNEL de Guayaquil con base en el cumplimiento de sus tareas diarias y mensuales, así como de otros criterios como puntualidad, adaptación al cambio, compromiso, entre otros. Para llevar a cabo el proyecto se trabajó con 12 trabajadoras del área técnicaoperativa de CNEL y se realizó haciendo uso de fichas de observación y encuestas, técnicas correspondientes al enfoque cualitativo, así como el cálculo de indicadores de gestión y productividad, técnicas correspondientes al enfoque cuantitativo. El personal femenino obtuvo un indicador de productividad promedio de 96.83% demostrando el potencial de la fuerza femenina lo que llevó a concluir que la productividad del personal femenino es muy elevada y su incidencia en el cumplimiento de objetivos organizacionales es alta. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This research work was developed with the purpose of determining the impact of the inclusion of the female gender on the productivity of the technical-operational area of energy supply companies. For this, the performance of the CNEL workers of Guayaquil was evaluated based on the fulfillment of their daily and monthly tasks, as well as other criteria such as punctuality, adaptation to change, commitment, among others.
