INCLUSIÓN DEL GÉNERO FEMENINO EN LAS ACTIVIDADES TÉCNICO-OPERATIVAS DE EMPRESAS PROVEEDORAS DE ENERGÍA ELÉCTRICA Y SU IMPACTO EN LA PRODUCTIVIDAD

Abstract

This research work was developed with the purpose of determining the impact of the inclusion of the female gender on the productivity of the technical-operational area of energy supply companies. For this, the performance of the CNEL workers of Guayaquil was evaluated based on the fulfillment of their daily and monthly tasks, as well as other criteria such as punctuality, adaptation to change, commitment, among others. To carry out the project, we worked with 12 workers from the technical-operational area of CNEL and used observation sheets and surveys, techniques corresponding to the qualitative approach, as well as the calculation of management and productivity indicators, techniques corresponding to the approach. quantitative. The female staff obtained an average productivity indicator of 96.83%, demonstrating the potential of female strength, which led to the conclusion that the productivity of female staff is very high and their impact on the fulfillment of organizational objectives is high.
