Prestación de servicios de las asociaciones Público-Privadas y su relación con la efectividad en la gestión estatal.

Abstract

Within the structure of socioeconomic policies that favor the development and consolidation of the new public management, it has become necessary to incorporate organizations of the popular and solidarity economy and associations so that they provide a quality service to the State. The purpose of this study is to analyze the process on the provision of services of Public-Private Associations, in order to establish its relationship with the effectiveness in the state management of Ecuador. The focus of the study is qualitative, descriptive and exploratory. A bibliographic search was carried out on public management, state governance and qualities of PPPs. On the other hand, the regulatory frameworks of public transparency in the contracting of services in relation to citizen participation were observed, which allows us to conclude that all state services seek the efficiency of their resources and that they direct their efforts to insert PPPs as organizations. that provide their services within the concepts of effectiveness and efficiency, actions framed within the ethical canons of the new public management model to serve society.
