Abstract
This research examined the teaching methodology and its influence on the learning of high school students with incomplete schooling at the PCEI Educational unit in the Canton of Vinces, during the 2025-2026 academic year. The study followed a qualitative approach with a descriptive and interpretative character, using semi-
structured interviews, classroom observation, and document analysis as the main techniques. The findings showed that active strategies, the use of contact-related examples, and personalized feedback enhance both student motivation and content comprehension. However, certain limitations were identified, such as the heterogeneity of learning levels in the classroom, the lack of didactic resources, and the challenges students face in balancing study and work. In conclusion, the applied pedagogical practices generate a positive effect, but they need to be strengthened through teacher training, the incorporation of technological tools, and the implementation of flexible strategies adapted to the needs of young people and adults who are resuming their educational path.
