Abstract
The study analyzed the relationship between workplace inclusion and organizational culture. A qualitative approach was used, through a bibliographic review of indexed articles from the 2018-2025 period. The results showed an organizational environment open to diversity, which generates more equitable workplaces; however, barriers such as gender, age, sexual orientation, and disability still persist, hindering workplace integration. However although policies and laws exist, this impact depends on the willingness of companies. In conclusion, workplace inclusion is directly related to organizational culture, as the latter influences the success or failure of integration processes.
