dc.description.abstractThe study analyzed the relationship between workplace inclusion and organizational culture. A qualitative approach was used, through a bibliographic review of indexed articles from the 2018-2025 period. The results showed an organizational environment open to diversity, which generates more equitable workplaces; however, barriers such as gender, age, sexual orientation, and disability still persist, hindering workplace integration. However although policies and laws exist, this impact depends on the willingness of companies. In conclusion, workplace inclusion is directly related to organizational culture, as the latter influences the success or failure of integration processes.
dc.description.sponsorshipEn el estudio se analizó la relación entre inclusión laboral y cultura organizacional. Para ello, se empleó un enfoque cualitativo, mediante una revisión bibliográfica de artículos indexados, los mismos que se encontraban en un rango del período 2018-2025. Los resultados mostraron un entorno organizacional abierto a la diversidad, el cual genera espacios de trabajo más equitativos; pero aún persisten barreras como el género, la edad, la orientación sexual y la discapacidad, que dificultan la integración laboral. Sin embargo, aunque existen políticas y leyes este impacto depende de la disposición de las empresas. En conclusión, la inclusión laboral tiene relación directa con la cultura organizacional, debido a que esta última influye en el éxito o fracaso de los procesos de inserción.
