Abstract
Develop a strategy for the sale and delivery of
premium tires that allows retail businesses to resell immediately
upon request for this type of tire to the end customer. It is
important to guarantee reaction times to a request so that the
replacement of the tire is efficient in terms of time and cost. In the
face of all possible scenarios, it is ideal to mitigate any that puts
the sustainability of this strategy at risk, which includes the
analysis of information to understand and control the behavior of
the competition, inventory management and governmental or
environmental regulations in which the purchase and sale of tires
are involved.
Description
Desarrollar una estrategia de venta y entrega de
llantas premium que permita a los negocios retail realizar una
reventa de manera inmediata ante una solicitud de este tipo de
neumáticos al cliente final. Es importante garantizar los tiempos
de reacción ante una solicitud para que la reposición de la llanta
sea eficiente en cuanto al tiempo y el costo que implica. Ante
todos los posibles escenarios es ideal mitigar cualquiera que
ponga en riesgo la sostenibilidad de esta estrategia, por los cual se
contempla el análisis de información para entender y controlar el
comportamiento de la competencia, manejo de inventario y
regulaciones gubernamentales o ambientales en las que se
