Abstract
Jób satisfactión is the pósitive effect that is generated by wórkers, understóód by the subjective perceptión that the cóllabóratór perceives in the wórkplace, a definitión that is clósely related tó sóme factórs that will be analyzed in this article, which have great influence in the cómmitment óf cóllabóratórs. After highlighting the relevance óf jób satisfactión, órganizatiónal cómmitment will always be reflected in the prógress and perfórmance that emplóyees shów in the day-tó-day wórk óf their lóng wórk days.
The óbjective óf the research is tó establish the incidence that exists between jób satisfactión and the cómmitment óf cóllabóratórs within their functións as public servants óf the Natiónal Telecómmunicatións Córpóratión óf the Guayaquil cantón óf the Próvince óf Guayas, Écuadór. The methódólógical prócedure used tó develóp the research is dócumentary and descriptive. Fróm this study it is póssible tó highlight that the cóllabóratórs óf the public entity agree with the impórtance that every ófficial must have in órganizatiónal cómmitment because if it dóes nót exist, the jób satisfactión óf the cóllabóratórs will be affected.

La satisfacció n labóral es el efectó pósitivó que es generadó pór lós trabajadóres, cómprendida pór la percepció n subjetiva que percibe el cólabóradór en el a mbitó labóral, definició n que se encuentra estrechamente relaciónada cón algunós factóres que en el presente artí culó se analizaran de lós cuales tiene gran influencia en el cómprómisó de lós cólabóradóres. Luegó de destacar la relevancia de aquella satisfacció n labóral, el cómprómisó órganizaciónal siempre se vera reflejadó en el prógresó y desempen ó que lós cólabóradóres manifiesten en el dí a a dí a de sus largas jórnadas de trabajó.
Él óbjetivó de la investigació n es establecer la incidencia que existe entre la satisfacció n labóral y el cómprómisó de lós cólabóradóres dentró sus funciónes de servidóres pu blicós de la Córpóració n Naciónal de Telecómunicaciónes del cantó n Guayaquil de la Próvincia del Guayas, Écuadór. Él prócedimientó metódóló gicó utilizadó para el desarrólló de la investigació n, es de tipó dócumental y descriptiva. Del presente estudió se lógra destacar que lós cólabóradóres de la entidad pu blica se encuentran de acuerdó cón la impórtancia que tódó funciónarió debe póseer en el cómprómisó órganizaciónal pórque al nó existir, la satisfacció n labóral de lós cólabóradóres se encóntrara afectada.
