| dc.description | La educación inclusiva ha sido un tema de especial interés e investigación recurrente, ya que pretende mejorar la vida escolar de las personas con necesidades educativas especiales, garantizando la igualdad de acceso a las oportunidades educativas. Es importante que los profesores dispongan y utilicen herramientas que les permitan un mejor seguimiento y resolución del proceso educativo de los niños y adolescentes con necesidades especiales, ya que a menudo la falta de recursos adecuados puede ser motivo de rechazo o de niveles de aprendizaje significativamente más bajos, y también se sabe que la falta de estrategias eficaces es una de las principales razones del abandono temprano de los alumnos con capacidades especiales. La falta de experiencia de los profesores y la ausencia de directrices claras contribuyen a la incapacidad de percibir y adoptar adecuadamente características educativas acordes con la enseñanza y supervisión de niños con necesidades especiales. Este proyecto sobre integración de conocimientos se propone orientar a los docentes en la aplicación de estrategias efectivas; para ello, se realiza una revisión bibliográfica de los artículos académicos y trabajos de grado más relevantes que brindan pautas para el abordaje y aplicación de estrategias de integración. Además, se aplica una metodología descriptiva, realizando una investigación de campo no experimental para identificar los principales déficits a través de entrevistas y encuestas a padres de familia, docentes y directivos de la ESCUELA GALO PLAZA LASSO del cantón Guayaquil que sirva como caso de estudio y aplicación de las estrategias estudiadas. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Inclusive education has been a topic of special interest and recurrent research, as it aims to improve the school life of people with special educational needs, ensuring equal access to educational opportunities. It is important for teachers to have and use tools that allow them to better monitor and resolve the educational process of children and adolescents with special needs, as often the lack of adequate resources can be a reason for rejection or significantly lower learning levels, and it is also known that the lack of effective strategies is one of the main reasons for early dropout of students with special abilities. Teachers' lack of experience and the absence of clear guidelines contribute to the inability to adequately perceive and adopt educational features commensurate with the teaching and supervision of children with special needs. This project on knowledge integration aims to guide teachers in the application of effective strategies; to this end, a bibliographic review of the most relevant academic articles and graduate works that provide guidelines for the approach and application of integration strategies is carried out. In addition, a descriptive methodology is applied, conducting a non-experimental field research to identify the main deficits through interviews and surveys to parents, teachers, and directors of the GALO PLAZA LASSO SCHOOL in the Guayaquil canton, which serves as a case study and application of the strategies studied. | |
