| dc.description | El estudio planteado es referente al incremento de la tasa de contribución establecido por el (IESS) Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social ya que hasta el periodo 2013 se mantenía un tasa total de 9.35% y con el aumento que fue expuesta en el periodo 2014 aumento un 9.45% índice total a pagar por cada afiliado. Todo esto se dio referente a la Ley Orgánica de Discapacidades donde se expuso también que a partir de 25 años de aportación podrán jubilarse, así mismo se analizara las tasas actuales de contribución para comprobar si una persona que gana $340,00 cuanto aporta al IESS y analizar los beneficios que otorga la Seguridad Social.El incremento permite tener servicios como son: préstamos hipotecarios, remuneración de enfermedad y otros. Dicho porcentaje tiene beneficios a prestaciones de jubilación y salud que presta el IESS financiado con los aportes de cada trabajador del patrono y del Estado. En la ciudad de Guayaquil se registra un total de 6´246.257 afiliados durante el periodo 2014 representándose con un 86%, reflejándose como mayor índice de afiliación en el sector privado. | es |
