Además, el estudio subraya la necesidad de que este estilo de liderazgo esté alineado con la estrategia de la organización y una cultura institucional orientada al logro de la excelencia; destacando como los líderes transformacionales son capaces de motivar y empoderar al personal, lo que eleva los niveles de compromiso y satisfacción laboral; este ambiente colaborativo y participativo favorece la innovación y la adaptación al cambio, aspectos críticos en el contexto dinámico y tecnológico de las empresas de energía eléctrica enmarcado para la eficiencia operativa. | |

The type of research is qualitative, with a descriptive and non-experimental design, based on a documentary review of recent scientific literature. Additionally, the study emphasizes the need for this leadership style to be aligned with the organization's strategy and an institutional culture focused on achieving excellence; highlighting how transformational leaders are able to motivate and empower staff, which elevates levels of commitment and job satisfaction; this collaborative and participatory environment fosters innovation and adaptation to change, critical aspects in the dynamic and technological context of electric power companies framed for operational efficiency. | |
