| dc.description | Este trabajo realiza un análisis de los ingresos y gastos del gobierno central, y su comportamiento con el crecimiento económico, desde el perÍodo presidencial de Rafael Correa. Se establece un análisis descriptivo de las variables con datos trimestrales desde primer trimestre de 2007 hasta el segundo trimestre de 2015, último período para el cual hay datos de Cuentas Nacionales de Banco Central. La investigación se complementa con un análisis correlacional, el cual arrojó como resultado principalmente que las fluctuaciones en el precio del barril de petróleo no afectan al crecimiento económico, ni el déficit gubernamental, siendo el gasto corriente la causa principal de ello. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | This paper makes an analysis of the revenues and expenditures of the central government, and their behavior to economic growth, from the Rafael Correa’s presidential period. A descriptive analysis will be applied of the variables with quarterly data from the first quarter of 2007 to the second quarter of 2015, the latest period for which data of National Accounts Central Bank is established. The research was complemented by a correlation analysis, which showed mainly resulting fluctuations in the oil price does not affect economic growth, and the government deficit, current expenditure has being the main cause of it. | es |
