| dc.description | Las organizaciones actualmente se enfrentan a una nueva generación de personas que son altamente potenciables para ocupar las diferentes vacantes que puedan presentarse dentro de la misma, la tal denominada Generación Z. Este articulo tiene como objetivo identificar las diferentes variables que tiene que modificar un líder para dirigir este nuevo segmento de colaboradores que presentan cambios de comportamientos y poseen otras expectativas en potencializarse dentro de una organización. Se plantea analizar las expectativas de este nuevo segmento para concluir en la sugerencia de rasgos del líder que pueda influir de manera eficaz en la potencialización de este segmento y en el no abandono prematuro del trabajo. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Organizations are currently facing a new generation of people who are highly potential to fill the different vacancies that may arise within it, the so-called Generation Z. This article aims to identify the different variables that a leader has to modify to direct this new segment of collaborators who present changes in behavior and have other expectations in potentializing themselves within an organization. It is proposed to analyze the expectations of this new segment to conclude on the suggestion of leader traits that can effectively influence the potentialization of this segment and not premature abandonment of work. | |
