| dc.description | El sector micro empresarial se encuentran estrechamente relacionado con el nuevo marco económico-legal creado por la Ley de Economía Popular y Solidaria, por lo que el mismo genera ventajas y 6 desventajas sobre el aspecto crediticio del sector, pues se modifican las condiciones del entorno referentes a la disponibilidad de instrumentos financieros estatales, sistemas de control, relaciones de interdependencia mercado-estado, en busca de corregir las anomalías a las que estaban expuestas las microempresas.
