dc.descriptionEl presente estudio tiene como objetivo analizar la relación entre el clima laboral y la satisfacción del talento humano mediante una revisión bibliográfica de investigaciones publicadas entre 2018 a 2025. Se utilizó una metodología cualitativa, basada en el análisis documental de fuentes académicas. Los resultados evidencian que un clima laboral positivo caracterizado por un liderazgo participativo, comunicación efectiva y reconocimiento influye de manera directa y positiva en la satisfacción laboral del talento humano. Se concluye que mejorar el clima laboral promueve el bienestar, la motivación y el compromiso de los trabajadores, impactando así directamente en la productividad de la organización. Se recomienda desarrollar estrategias integrales que fortalezcan el ambiente laboral y la gestión del talento humano.
dc.description.abstractThe study aims to analyze the relationship between work environment and employee satisfaction through a bibliographic review of research published between 2018 and 2025. A qualitative methodology was used, based on documentary analysis of academic sources. The results show that a positive organizational climate characterized by participatory leadership, effective communication, and recognition directly and positively influences employee job satisfaction. It is concluded that improving the work environment promotes employee well-being, motivation, and engagement, directly impacting the organization’s productivity. The development of comprehensive strategies to strengthen the work environment and employee talent management is recommended.
