Abstract
The project focused on identifying a strategic opportunity for the Odontología al Día dental clinic, selecting the most viable alternative to optimize resources and increase organizational productivity.
Within the framework of the strategic analysis, three main alternatives were evaluated, addressing different critical areas of the clinic. After a thorough analysis of costs, benefits, risks, and financial return, the most relevant alternative for the dental clinic was determined.
The growing demand for dental services in the current market requires significant improvements in the responsiveness of the dental center.

El proyecto se centró en identificar una oportunidad estratégica para
la clínica Odontología al Día, seleccionando la alternativa más viable
para optimizar recursos y aumentar la productividad organizacional.
Dentro del marco del análisis estratégico, se evaluaron tres
alternativas principales que abordaban diferentes áreas críticas de la
clínica, tras un análisis exhaustivo de costos, beneficios, riesgos y
retorno financiero, se logró determinar la alternativa más relevante
para la clínica dental.
La creciente demanda de servicios odontológicos en el mercado
actual exige mejoras significativas en la capacidad de respuesta del
centro odontológico.
