| dc.description | La deserción escolar es un problema complicado que se da en todos los niveles educativos del sistema escolar y que repercute negativamente en el avance de la sociedad. El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar las causas de la deserción escolar de los estudiantes de la Escuela de Educación Básica Matilde Márquez de la Plata en el período lectivo 2023-2024. El método utilizado fue de carácter cuantitativo por medio de la técnica de la encuesta aplicado a los padres de familia que fueron los informantes. Entre las causas detectadas que influyen en la deserción escolar, están las relacionadas con el ámbito familiar, como la situación económica del hogar y los problemas familiares. De modo decisivo se pudo afirmar que las causas de la deserción escolar se ocasionan por la situación económica de la familia. Esta situación es en cierta medida predictiva del abandono escolar. | |
| dc.description.abstract | School dropout is a complicated problem that occurs at all educational levels of the school system and has a negative impact on the advancement of society. The objective of this research was to analyze the causes of school dropout of students at the Matilde Márquez de la Plata Basic Education School in the 2023-2024 school year. The method used was quantitative in nature through the survey technique applied to the parents who were the informants. Among the causes detected that influence school dropout are those related to the family environment, such as the economic situation of the home and family problems. In a decisive way, it was possible to affirm that the causes of school dropout are caused by the economic situation of the family. This situation is to a certain extent predictive of school dropout. | |
