dc.descriptionEl SUCRE es un método de pagos internacional que, en contraste con los mecanismos convencionales de compensación, se sustenta en la utilización de una moneda virtual que desempeña el papel de unidad de cuenta común para el reconocimiento de todas las operaciones, admitiendo la liquidación de los desembolsos resultantes entre cada banco central de los países miembros. La utilización del dinero virtual, permite una liquidez a partir de su propiedad fiduciaria, la que amplía la capacidad de importación de los países participantes. El objetivo de la investigación fue, realizar un análisis económico de la aplicación del SUCRE en la economía ecuatoriana. Se concluye entonces, que para el Ecuador, al implementar el SUCRE, se consideraron las características propias del país, lo cual significa que el SUCRE es una propuesta viable, que afirma e impulsa el desarrollo económico y social de los países que participan en este sistema de compensación de pagos.es
dc.description.abstractThe SUCRE is a method of international settlements that, in contrast with the conventional mechanisms of compensation, is sustained in the utilization of a virtual currency that recovers the paper of unit of common account for the recognition of all the operations, admitting the liquidation of the resultant disbursements between every central bank of the countries members. The utilization of the virtual money, it allows a liquidity from his fiduciary property, which extends the capacity of import of the countries participants. The aim of the investigation was, to realize an economic analysis of the application of the SUCRE in the Ecuadoran economy.
