dc.descriptionEl Instituto Nacional de estadísticas y Censo, institución responsable de la estadística oficial, es la entidad encargada de planificar, normar y certificar la producción del sistema estadístico nacional, organismo que debe contar con personas competentes y capacitadas, por ello es relevante el estudio de la selección e inducción de empleados temporales para el Censo 2022 tanto para el área administrativa y operativa en las diferentes provincias del Ecuador; considerando que en la actualidad el talento humano constituye la base primordial de las empresas para alcanzar el éxito a través del potencial que tienen sus equipos de trabajo. El presente estudio busca realizar un análisis del proceso de inducción de los empleados temporales del Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Censos pues cada institución define su propio Modelo que en ciertos casos el resultado ha sido deficiente debido a la contratación de personas sin experiencia ni competencias adecuadas generando un impacto no favorable. El modelo se fundamenta en el modelo Iceberg.
dc.description.abstractThe National Institute of Statistics and Census, the institution responsible for official statistics, is the entity in charge of planning, regulating and certifying the production of the national statistical system, an organization that must have competent and trained people, which is why the study of the selection and induction of temporary employees for the 2022 Census for both the administrative and operational areas in the different provinces of Ecuador; considering that currently human talent constitutes the primary basis for companies to achieve success through the potential of their work teams. The present study seeks to carry out an analysis of the induction process of temporary employees of the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses since each institution defines its own Model that in certain cases the result has been deficient due to the hiring of people without experience or adequate skills, generating an unfavorable impact. The model is based on the Iceberg model.
