IMPACTO DE LA GESTIÓN DEL TALENTO HUMANO EN LA EFICIENCIA ECONÓMICA DEL SECTOR PÚBLICO DEL ECUADOR

Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of human talent management on the economic efficiency of the Ecuadorian public sector. It highlights how private sector strategies can improve public procurement and institutional development. A qualitative approach was applied through systematic documentary review, collecting and analyzing relevant scientific literature and academic studies. Information was organized according to theoretical dimensions of talent management, economic efficiency, and public procurement. The importance of trained personnel and efficient structures is emphasized to optimize resources and contribute to Ecuador’s economic and social development.
