| dc.description | El presente estudio tiene como objetivo evaluar la eficiencia de las medidas técnicas y organizativas de protección a colaboradores en prevención de incidentes- accidentes laborales psicosociales en el área operativa de Líneas Energizadas de CNEL EP Manta. Se utilizó investigación de campo, con método deductivo. En los resultados se evidencia que la situación actual en cuanto a la seguridad y salud ocupacional se basa en un manual de medidas técnicas de la manera de prevenir incidentes y accidentes psicosociales, pero los colaboradores no cumplen a cabalidad, donde se necesita reforzar mediante una propuesta los conceptos relacionados con la Seguridad, Normativas técnicas y legales, refuerzo de las 6 reglas de oro en trabajos eléctricos, coordinación con otras área sobre tema relacionados con Seguridad y ejecución de charlas de Seguridad. Dentro de los incidentes y accidentes psicosociales a la que se exponen los trabajadores, se realizó una encuesta donde se describió las características de la organización del trabajo que puedan tener algún efecto sobre la salud de los trabajadores, siendo entre ellas desgaste emocional, aunque cumplen con su horario de trabajo consideran que es muchas las funciones que tienen que cumplir sintiendo fatiga, se tiene responsabilidad en el trabajo ya que laborar en líneas energizadas implica concentración en lo que se esta realizando, lo que no existe es apoyo entre compañeros. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | The present study aims to assess the efficiency of technical and organizational measures of protection to partners in prevention of incidents - accidents psychosocial work in the operational area of energized lines of CNEL EP blanket. We used field research, with deductive method.
