Análisis del desempeño, satisfacción y motivación laboral de los trabajadores de la empresa CNEL EP Unidad de Negocio El Oro en el 2023.

Abstract

Within the area of human resources for a public institution it is necessary to measure the variables of performance, satisfaction and work motivation. The objective is to analyze the performance, satisfaction and work motivation of the workers of the company CNEL EP Business Unit El Oro of the workers of the national electricity corporation in El Oro. A non-experimental study was carried out, with a cross-sectional design, descriptive type. The information was obtained from 38 officials from the Financial Administration area, to whom a standardized, personal, anonymous questionnaire was applied. The results indicated that the majority of workers have a good job performance within the company, but motivation and job satisfaction is perceived regularly in the company. It is concluded that there is an affectation in the motivation that workers have to fulfill their functions, this is reflected in job satisfaction, where it is shown that the majority of the participants are not satisfied, despite having a good job performance.
