dc.description	En este estudio se analiza las políticas de desarrollo de industrialización que fueron aplicadas en Corea desde los años sesenta y se los compara con las de Ecuador. La investigación busca establece la experiencia de Corea para un mejor futuro en Ecuador. Se utilizó la metodología cualitativa con un enfoque histórico y comparativo. Ecuador tiene un gran potencial de crecimiento ya que tiene la ventaja competitiva de tener recursos humanos y naturales.	es
dc.description.abstract	This investigation analyzes the policies of development of industrialization that were applied in Korea since the sixties and compare them to the reality of Ecuador. Qualitative methodology was used with historical and comparative approach. Ecuador has a great growth potential because it has the competitive advantage of human and natural resources. This investigation seeks to inspire and learn from the Korean experience for a better future in Ecuador.	es
