| dc.description | Esta investigación analiza el impacto de las estrategias de gestión educativa en la enseñanza significativa en los estudiantes de educación básica de la escuela “Eugenio Espejo” de Santa Rosa. Se aplicó un enfoque cualitativo con diseño descriptivo, utilizando entrevistas y encuestas a docentes y directivos para identificar prácticas de gestión y su influencia en el aprendizaje. Los resultados evidencian que una gestión educativa eficiente, basada en planificación estratégica, formación docente continua y optimización de recursos, favorece un aprendizaje significativo. Sin embargo, se identificaron barreras como la falta de capacitación y limitaciones tecnológicas que afectan la implementación de estrategias innovadoras. Se concluye que fortalecer el liderazgo educativo y promover metodologías activas con apoyo tecnológico es clave para mejorar la calidad de la enseñanza | |
| dc.description.abstract | This research analyzes the impact of educational management strategies on meaningful teaching in elementary school students at the “Eugenio Espejo” school in Santa Rosa. A qualitative approach with descriptive design was applied, using interviews and surveys to teachers and directors to identify management practices and their influence on learning. The results show that efficient educational management, based on strategic planning, continuous teacher training and optimization of resources, favors significant learning. However, barriers such as lack of training and technological limitations that affect the implementation of innovative strategies were identified. It is concluded that strengthening educational leadership and promoting active methodologies with technological support is key to improving the quality of teaching. | |
