dc.descriptionEl presente caso de negocio busca el aumento exponencial de apertura de cuentas básicas a clientes no bancarizados, para proporcionarle servicios financieros y permitir a su vez el aumento de pasivos en la institución bancaria. Aplicando el modelo de caso de negocio de Harvard, se analizó tres alternativas y su aplicabilidad bajo un enfoque estratégico y financiero. Se identificó un mercado no explotado de potenciales clientes. Incrementar la cantidad de aperturas de nuevas cuentas básicas para aumentar la cantidad de clientes en la entidad financiera.
dc.description.abstractThis business case aims to exponentially increase the number of basic account openings for unbanked customers, providing them with financial services and, in turn, increasing the bank's liabilities. Using the Harvard business case model, three alternatives and their applicability were analyzed from a strategic and financial perspective. An untapped market of potential customers was identified. The goal is to increase the number of new basic account openings to expand the financial institution's customer base.
