| dc.description | La economía circular es muy vital porque permite manejar eficientemente los recursos naturales y cuidar el medio ambiente. El objetivo de esta investigación fue examinar los aspectos que constituyen la economía circular y su incidencia en la política públicas con el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de Azogues-Ecuador. Para esto se sustentó en un enfoque cualitativo, descriptivo no experimental fenomenológico, para lo cual se utilizó la técnica de la entrevista. Los hallazgos más importantes destacan que el GAD no dispone de leyes, normas, reglamentos, decretos, ordenanzas que permitan manejar eficientemente y regulen la economía circular. Se concluye que, existe una baja cualificación del personal, así como una falta de proyectos y planes que promuevan el desarrollo sostenible y el cuidado del medio ambiente. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The circular economy is essential because it allows for efficient management of natural resources and cares for the environment. The objective of this research was to analyze the aspects that constitute the circular economy and its impact on public policy with the Autonomous Decentralized Government of Azogues-Ecuador. This was based on a qualitative, descriptive, non-experimental, phenomenological approach using the interview technique. The most important findings highlight that the GAD needs to have laws, norms, regulations, decrees, or ordinances that allow it to efficiently manage and regulate the circular economy. It is concluded that there is a low qualification of the staff, as well as a lack of projects and plans that promote sustainable development and care for the environment. | |
