Análisis de la gestión de inventarios y propuesta para mejorar la contratación pública de medicamentos

Abstract

The objective of this research work is to analyze the management of the drug inventory system and how to improve public procurement in the District Address 09D12 Balao Naranjal Health. The problem was determined, which is generated at the time of drug inventory acquisition, which triggers a series of subsequent events that go against the internal control of the area. The methodology applied in this research project was quantitative. We proceeded with a survey with 7 questions addressed to, who work in the District, which involved stages such as acquisition, contracting, storage and delivery of the medication. Through a descriptive approach it was possible to determine that in the different stages there is a difference in inventory management, the same one that affects the public contracting process because, the results in the majority have been negative in the processes of acquisition, budget and inventory turnover, however, these results lead us to make pertinent adjustments that will allow the improvement of the area and the proper management of the drug inventory
