| dc.description | El presente proyecto se enfoca en una propuesta arquitectónica para personas con discapacidad física o movilidad reducida en la ciudad de Guayaquil. En los últimos años el índice de personas con discapacidades físicas en Guayaquil aumenta cada día, es por eso que existen más casos. En el cual no tienen un lugar adecuado para las necesidades de cada usuario. Es el cual se planteó un centro de desarrollo y rehabilitación integral; es decir donde los discapacitados puedan aprender, recuperarse, distraerse y además, concebir el trabajo como una herramienta para su rehabilitación. Se analizaron espacios y áreas que existen en la actualidad para identificar los equipamientos y estructuras escasas para la correcta elaboración de las terapias que se llevan a cabo en el centro. | dc.description.abstract | This research is based on an architectural intervention proposal for people with reduced mobility in the city of Guayaquil. In recent years the index of physically disabled people in the city of Guayaquil - Ecuador has increased significantly and every day there are more cases without access to a stable source of work. For this reason, a comprehensive development and rehabilitation center was proposed; in other words, where the disabled can learn, recover, be distracted and also conceive of work as a tool for their rehabilitation. Currently existing spaces and areas were analyzed in order to identify the missing equipment and structures for the correct preparation of the therapies carried out in the center. At the same time, through a comprehensive proposal, it seeks to satisfy the requirements previously found by generating architectural criteria according to the users. | es |
