| dc.description | La presente investigación se realizó con la finalidad de analizar el emprendimiento en las mujeres de escasos recursos de la población Nueva Prosperina, ubicada en el norte de la ciudad de Guayaquil. Al estudiar los factores que incentivan a la población objetiva a tomar riesgos y establecer una microempresa, también fue posible reconocer los desafíos y limitaciones que este grupo enfrenta. Mediante el estudio cualitativo y cuantitativo que se aplicó a la comunidad de mujeres emprendedoras de escasos recursos de la localidad de Nueva Prosperina, se pudo reconocer que su mayor limitante es la falta de educación, este grupo carece de conocimientos que permita su evolución en todos los ámbitos; aún cuando cuenten con la oportunidad de recibir capacitación, esta es sumamente informal. El apoyo al emprendimiento a niveles financiero, jurídico y de capacitaciones, a través de organismos públicos y privados es esencial para el bienestar social y el desarrollo de las mujeres de escasos recursos. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | The present investigation was realized by the purpose of analyzing the emprendimiento in the wives of scanty resources of the population Nueva Prosperina, located in the north of the city of Guayaquil. On having studied the factors that stimulate the population objective to take risks and to establish a microcompany, also it was possible to recognize the challenges and limitations that this group faces.
