dc.descriptionEl objetivo de este estudio es determinar de qué manera el diseño de propuesta de procedimientos incide en el control efectivo de bienes muebles de propiedad del GAD Municipal del cantón Cuenca. Se trata de una investigación descriptiva, a través del modelo de Naveda (2011) se aplicó una encuesta que fue contestada de manera individual por la población compuesta por 113 servidores municipales de la Dirección General Financiera. Así también mediante el modelo de Gallegos (2012) se realizó entrevistas a los servidores que ocupan el cargo de Director Administrativo, Contador General y Jefe de bodega. Los resultados indicaron que existe una evidente relación entre el diseño de procedimientos inadecuados que conlleva al control inefectivo de los bienes muebles de la institución generando la pérdida, desorden y desorganización de los mismos.
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this study is to determine how the design of procedures affects the effective control of movable property owned by the Municipal GAD of the Cuenca canton. This is a descriptive, qualitative research, through the Naveda (2011) model, a survey was applied that was answered individually by the population made up of 99 municipal servants of the General Financial Directorate. Likewise, through the Gallegos model (2012), interviews were conducted with the servers who hold the position of Administrative Director, General Accountant and Warehouse Manager. The results indicated that there is an evidente relationship between the design of inadequate procedures that leads to ineffective control of the institution’s movable property, generating loss, disorder and disorganization of the same.
