dc.descriptionLa administración cuenta con un relevante marco histórico que ha proporcionado las herramientas esenciales que la reconocen como disciplina científica, proponiendo teorías para el correcto funcionamiento de todo tipo de organizaciones. Impulsa la planeación estratégica y financiera mediante el empleo de técnicas analíticas e indicadores para determinar la rentabilidad de la empresa y sus desafíos. Además, estructura mecanismos que promueven la eficiencia de procesos de forma sostenible al incluir las nociones del Buen Vivir y transformación de la matriz productiva, lo cual contribuye a la sociedad y medio ambiente. Hace énfasis en la adopción y aplicación de técnicas y métodos motivacionales de gestión de personal para la ejecución de tareas y funciones de manera adecuada. En consecuencia, impulsa la mejora y promoción de la actividad empresarial, aportando así al cumplimiento efectivo e integral de los objetivos del Estado ecuatoriano. Por lo tanto, es importante la aceptación y fomento de esta disciplina científica como carrera de grado por parte de las instituciones educativas de tercer nivel del país.es
dc.description.abstractAdministration has an important historical framework that has provided the essential tools to recognize it as a scientific discipline, proposing theories for the correct development of all types of organizations worldwide. It promotes strategic and financial planning by using analytical techniques and specific indicators for determining the profitability of a company and its market challenges. Furthermore, it creates relevant mechanisms that stimulate efficiency of processes in a sustainable way that includes the notions of Good Living and the transformation of the productive matrix, contributing to the social and environmental welfare of a country. Also, it emphasizes the adoption and implementation of human resources management techniques and motivational methods for a proper execution of tasks and functions. Consequently, it encourages the improvement and promotion of entrepreneurship; thus, it contributes to the effective and complete accomplishment of the Ecuadorian State objectives. Therefore, it is important an adequate acceptance and support of this scientific discipline as an undergraduate program by tertiary educational institutions of the country.es
