| dc.description | El presente artículo describe la incidencia de la productividad de los trabajadores del Proyecto Global del Ecuador al establecer un área que gestione y administre el talento humano de esta organización, la cual se dedica a brindar un servicio educativo en los niveles pre-primario, primario y secundario a través de la Unidad Educativa Global del Ecuador y de la enseñanza del idioma Inglés por medio de Global English Total Learning System. El análisis se realizó mediante el uso de encuestas a los estudiantes de las dos ramas y a un grupo de colaboradores, escogidos mediante muestra aleatoria, además de una entrevista a los directivos, conocidos como Coordinadores de área generando como principal hallazgo la existencia de una relación directa entre gestionar el talento humano y el incremento de la productividad del PGDE en todas las áreas que la componen. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | This article describes the incidence of the worker productivity of the Global Project of Ecuador when it is established an area that manages and administers human talent of this organization, which is dedicated to providing an educational service in the pre-primary, primary and secondary levels through the educative unit Global of Ecuador and teaching English language through Global English Total Learning System.
