| dc.description | El objetivo es analizar los aspectos sobre motivación laboral con la finalidad de determinar su influencia en la atención al cliente. El estudio posee un enfoque de investigación mixto. Se tomó información de una encuesta que el GAD municipal aplicó a los usuarios y la aplicación de una revisión bibliográfica. Se obtuvo como resultado que un 60,9 % afirma que existe corrupción en actos administrativos, y un 39, 1% de los ciudadanos afirman que no existe actos deshonestos cuando son atendidos. Mientras que los hallazgos cualitativos exponen que el compromiso con los ciudadanos denota un nivel de satisfacción de atención al cliente y que el trato cordial con los ciudadanos refleja el respeto a la comunidad. Se concluye que la motivación es un recurso de la políticas organizacionales que deben reflejar una proximidad entre las expectativas de los ciudadanos y sus percepciones sobre los resultados del servicio ofrecido. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective is to analyze aspects of employee motivation in order to determine their influence on customer service. The study adopts a mixed-methods research approach. Information was taken from a survey administered to users by the municipal GAD and a bibliographic review. The results showed that 60.9% stated that corruption exists in administrative acts, and 39.1% of citizens stated that there is no dishonesty when serving them. Qualitative findings show that commitment to citizens denotes a level of customer service satisfaction, and that cordial treatment of citizens reflects respect for the community. It is concluded that motivation is a resource of organizational policies that should reflect a connection between citizens' expectations and their perceptions of the results of the service provided. | |
