dc.descriptionEl objetivo de este estudio consistió en analizar la incidencia de la satisfacción laboral en el compromiso organizacional en Hospital de Especialidades Guayaquil, con el fin de identificar su relación y proponer acciones para fortalecer el compromiso del personal sanitario, utilizando análisis cuantitativo, con ayuda de instrumentos de bases del compromiso organizacional (EBCO), modelo euro-empleo de satisfacción laboral. Se obtuvo alta correlación de variables (Rho:0,72; sig.<0,001), es decir que, si el personal se encuentra satisfecho, tiene mayor compromiso con la institución, proponiéndose programa de incentivos, círculos de calidad para integración de profesionales sanitarios, así como fortalecimiento de programas formativos.
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this study was to analyze the incidence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment at Hospital de Especialidades Guayaquil, in order to identify their relationship and propose actions to strengthen the commitment of health personnel, using quantitative analysis, with help of instruments of bases of organizational commitment (EBCO), euro-employment model of job satisfaction. A high correlation of variables was obtained (Rho:0.72; sig.<0.001), that is, if the staff is satisfied, they have greater commitment to the institution, proposing an incentive program, quality circles for the integration of health professionals, as well as strengthening training programs.
