Abstract
The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of the work environment on the performance of human talent of the Public Housing Company "EMPUVI" of the Pasaje canton, year 2022, for which a field investigation was used, with a quantitative approach, A survey is applied to 24 people between employees and workers, eight dimensions are evaluated. The results indicated that the work environment in the organization has a low level, causing the employees, although they have greater capacity and knowledge to contribute to the company, they do not do so because they are not valued by the authorities, making it necessary for future lines of investigation. are framed in issues related to leadership, business management, human relations, continuous training, to improve the work environment and achieve better performance of human talent.

El objetivo de este estudio es analizar la influencia del clima laboral en el desempeño del talento humano de la Empresa Pública de Vivienda “EMPUVI” del cantón Pasaje, año 2022, para lo cual se recurrió a una investigación de campo, con un enfoque cuantitativo, se aplica una encuesta a 24 personas entre empleados y trabajadores, se evalúan ocho dimensiones. Los resultados indicaron que el clima laboral en la organización tiene un nivel bajo, ocasionando que los empleados, aunque tengan mayor capacidad y conocimiento para aportar a la empresa no lo hacen por no son valorados por las autoridades, siendo necesario que las futuras líneas de investigación estén enmarcadas en temas referentes al liderazgo, gestión empresarial, relaciones humanas, formación continua, para mejorar el clima laboral y conseguir un mejor desempeño del talento humano.
