| dc.description | Este artículo analiza cómo la auditoría educativa, apoyada por un enfoque de asesoramiento pedagógico, puede fortalecer la calidad educativa. En la Escuela Santa Rosa de Lima, ubicada en la Isla Trinitaria, Guayaquil, se identificó como problema principal la ausencia de un Plan de Acompañamiento Pedagógico, junto a áreas de mejora en el refuerzo académico y las estrategias participativas e innovadoras en el aula. Se propone un plan integral que busca empoderar a los docentes, promover prácticas pedagógicas innovadoras y fomentar un aprendizaje inclusivo y significativo, sentando las bases para una mejora continua. | |

At Santa Rosa de Lima School in Isla Trinitaria, Guayaquil, the absence of a Pedagogical Support Plan was identified as the main issue, along with areas for improvement in academic reinforcement and participatory strategies. An integral plan is proposed to empower teachers, promote innovative practices, and foster inclusive, meaningful learning, laying the groundwork for continuous improvement. | |
