dc.descriptionEl presente estudio tiene como finalidad elaborar un análisis comparativo del modelo de gestión participativa de los colaboradores del municipio de Palestina, en el período 2013–2015. La metodología de investigación aplicada fue de tipo cuantitativa, por medio de encuestas. Como herramienta se recogieron datos y la población fueron los 119 trabajadores con una muestra de 91 personas para aplicar las debidas encuestas. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo determinar si la gestión participativa por parte de los colaboradores del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Palestina ha tenido cambios entre el período 2013- 2015. Como conclusión, actualmente la administración ha tenido cambios en su mayoría positivos que comprenden; la comunicación interna de directivos a trabajadores y las constantes reuniones para hacer seguimiento de todo lo programado, pero no se identificó mejoras en la vinculación directa con los trabajadores para la preparación de los planes refiérase a plan operativo, estratégico y municipal.es
dc.description.abstractThe present study has as purpose elaborate a comparative analysis of the model of participative management of the collaborators of the municipality of Palestine, in the period 2013-2015. The methodology of applied investigation was of type quantitative, by means of surveys. Since tool information and the population retired were 119 workers with a sample of 91 persons to apply the due surveys. This investigation has as aim determine if the participative management on the part of the collaborators of the Autonomous Government Decentralized of the Canton Palestine has had changes between the period 2013-2015.
