| dc.description | El objetivo del presente estudio fue explorar los factores que afectan el desarrollo del espíritu emprendedor e innovador en los estudiantes de bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa. El estudio fue no experimental y cuantitativo, basado en encuestas a 188 estudiantes con una escala de Likert. Los resultados muestran una percepción mixta sobre el emprendimiento en el currículo, con el 44.2% de los estudiantes en desacuerdo con su inclusión. La mayoría percibe pocas actividades emprendedoras y una baja innovación en clase. Aunque un 53.2% no ve las limitaciones económicas como un obstáculo, el 43.1% identifica la falta de recursos como una barrera. Además, un 56.4% no considera esenciales las alianzas con empresas para el emprendimiento. En conclusión, aunque algunos estudiantes valoran el emprendimiento en el currículo, las barreras en formación docente, recursos y limitaciones económicas dificultan su desarrollo. Se requiere reforzar los programas educativos y el apoyo institucional y familiar. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this study was to explore the factors that affect the development of an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit in high school students of the Educational Unit. The study was non-experimental and quantitative, based on surveys of 188 students using a Likert scale. The results show a mixed perception regarding entrepreneurship in the curriculum, with 44.2% of students disagreeing with its inclusion. The majority perceives few entrepreneurial activities and low classroom innovation. Although 53.2% do not view economic limitations as an obstacle, 43.1% identify the lack of resources as a barrier. Furthermore, 56.4% do not consider business partnerships essential for entrepreneurship. In conclusion, although some students value entrepreneurship in the curriculum, barriers in teacher training, resources, and economic limitations hinder its development. It is necessary to strengthen educational programs as well as institutional and family support. | |
