| dc.description | El presente trabajo busca establecer la estructura de financiamiento y nivel de endeudamiento más eficiente y adecuado para la empresa DFECUADOR S.A., en base a las teorías de capital de los expertos donde nos indican que la mejor estructura de capital es la que genera mayor valor a una empresa. Para llevar esto a la práctica se revisarán las cifras históricas de los estados financieros de la compañía y su comportamiento a lo largo de estos años, se realizará una proyección de años futuros con ciertos niveles de deuda para generar los flujos de caja de estos años. Con esta información y por medio del método de flujos futuros se revisará el nivel de deuda que genere mayor valor a la empresa, con la que se pueda beneficiar y generar mayores inversiones. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | This paper seeks to establish the structure and level of debt financing more efficient and suitable for the company DFECUADOR SA, based on the theories of capital where experts tell us that the best capital structure is the one that generates the greatest value to a company. To put this into practice the historical figures in the financial statements of the Company and its behavior over the years will be reviewed, a projection of future years will be done with some level of debt with the cash flows of these years .
