Incidencia De La Satisfacción Laboral En El Desempeño Operativo De Los Evaluadores Del Centro Local ECU911 Babahoyo

Abstract

The ECU911 Babahoyo Operations Center has carried out exhaustive studies on the work well-being of its staff, focusing on administrative and operational areas. It has been identified that the emotional, physical and psychological burden affects the performance of evaluators, police officers, doctors and firefighters. The objective of the study was to determine job satisfaction through dimensions that characterize the workers in the operations area, their performance directly influences citizens and the institution. The research seeks to identify the factors that affect operational personnel, providing information for decisions that improve their conditions and performance. It is based on theories of occupational well-being and operational performance. The research design had a mixed approach, descriptive, correlational scope, for which theoretical methods such as synthesis analysis, fundamental categories were applied, among the empirical methods a survey was carried out and finally, the statistical method allowed through the test Chi Square and Pearson correlation verify the hypothesis that there is a significant incidence. The theoretical results allowed us to know that stress emerges as a key factor that negatively impacts the efficiency of those who coordinate emergencies. The organization of the work day, especially for evaluators, with 8-hour shifts and minimum breaks, affects their performance due to the limitation of time to rest. Therefore, it is concluded that the needs of the evaluators must be addressed as a priority because they are the ones who coordinate citizen emergencies.
